Making it easier for you to navigate through thousands of car parts and accessories for your vehicle. We’ll make sure that you get the right part to suit. And if by chance something doesn’t fit, we’ll quickly exchange it for the right part.

 

We are working our way through 70,000 parts listings and adding 100’s of parts weekly to our Fitment search function, so not all parts have been listed yet. Our parts specialists can also assist you in identifying the correct parts for your specific vehicle with vehicle details (VIN or Rego/State) provided. Where a customer has used the Part Finder tool to select their vehicle, based on that selection, the website has identified a part as compatible, we guarantee the fitment of that part. If the part does not fit the selected vehicle, we will, upon verification:

- Cover the cost of the return shipping.

- Provide a full refund.

- Help you find the correct part for your vehicle.

 

This guarantee applies only where the Part Finder has been used correctly and for its intended function.

To be eligible under this guarantee, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused and without any damage or alteration.

If inadvertently, the wrong vehicle model is selected in our Part Finder (it happens), we will assist you with a return or exchange in line with our standard Returns Policy.

If a part is purchased without using the Part Finder, or the tool has not been used correctly, our standard return policy will apply.

For orders that were collected in-store, the item must be returned to the pickup location to be eligible for a refund or exchange under this guarantee.
